North Central Little League

District 9 softball competition advanced in June 2025 with Brookfield, Riverside and North Riverside participating in 12‑Under Little League play. Brookfield’s 12U all‑star team was edged out by Western Springs in a seven‑inning championship at Ehlert Park, concluding their run in the Majors division. North Central Little League was represented in the broader District 9 pool alongside Riverside and North Riverside in Majors‑level softball and baseball play, marking continued involvement in regional youth sports competition. These outcomes reflect active participation by North Central Little League in the 2025 District 9 events.
