Forest Oaks Country Club

Greensboro College men’s golf team recently hosted the Gate City Invitational at Forest Oaks Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Pride finished 17th in the field, while Sewanee claimed victory with a team score of 210 (–6). Individually, Greensboro’s Cody Stephens posted a three‑round total of six over par, placing 37th among 96 competitors. Watcharakan Chankarn, Mason Fischer, Carson Hopping, Tyler Frechette and Reece Venable rounded out the team standings with scores ranging from nine to sixteen over par. The tournament showcased Forest Oaks Country Club’s continued role as a prominent collegiate golf venue.
