BSF Elite Performance has rolled out a full off‑season menu at IYG Baseball’s facility in Henrico (7511 Ranco Rd.), headlined by a 12‑week team training block built on the BSF 360° athletic development model with baseline and exit testing plus weekly five‑minute mindset work. [1][2][3]

For youth 10–12U, four‑week Rotational Power and Speed & Agility sessions begin Nov 10 at $60 each. The team plan is listed at $100 per athlete per month. For middle‑ and high‑school athletes, a year‑round core program offers 2–4 sessions per week with Combine Athleticism Testing and Movement Analysis Profiling included, at $125 per month. [1]
