Aaron Babcock has been named the new head coach of the Carlsbad High School boys’ soccer team, succeeding Mario Fierro in the role. Babcock, formerly residing in the Lubbock area, also serves as an English teacher within the Carlsbad Municipal Schools district. He is a 2015 graduate of Texas Tech University. The appointment marks a new chapter for the Cavemen’s program as the team prepares for upcoming competition under his leadership.
